Motivation To get fitter, faster and closer to achieving my goals.

Goals – 2010

  1. To complete an Olympic Distance Triathlon in under 2:30 by July 2010, by
  • Improving my swimming (sub 30min 1500m) by February FOT swim test (2009- 00:31:35) and
  • To rebuild my running following injury and achieve a sub 23min 5km TT by May.

Results 2009

Apr – Thames Turbo #1 (Super-sprint) – 1:17:39 (5th in cat)

May – Eton Super Sprint – 1:13:59 (4th in cat) (same course as Women Only Tri above showing a 3min improvement)

May – Crystal Place Triathlon (Sprint) – 1:22:38 (different course, but a 9min improvement from London for same distance)

June – Winsor Triathlon (Olympic) – 2:44:52 (first Olympic Tri)

Results – 2008

May – Thames Turbo #3 (Super-sprint) – 1:29:56 (first triathlon in torrential rain)

June – Blenheim Triathlon (Sprint) – 1:38:05 (first open-water triathlon)

July – Timex Women Only Triathlon (Super-sprint) – 1:16:20 (9th in cat)

Aug – London Triathlon (Sprint) – 1:31:45

Aug – Thames Turbo #4 (Super-sprint) – 1:22:20
